Having worked with Lady At Bay for over 8 years, I feel lucky to get to know so many of our clients on a personal basis.

I first started working in the beauty industry in 1997 so I’ve heard it all and seen it all!
As a Senior Advanced Skin Therapist, I do every type of treatment… not just one specific treatment, although I do have my favourites…. I love doing the Facelift in an Hour™ non-surgical facelift as I’ve changed people’s lives with the phenomenal results of this treatment. That makes me so happy - seeing my clients happy and looking beautiful.
I’ve worked at Lady At Bay for over 7 years now so our VIPs and regular clientele see me as part of the furniture!
A significant part of my job is educating clients. I am an Australian qualified therapist with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Aromatherapy. I have been a therapist for over 13 years with experience gained in Australia as well as overseas. With my extensive industry experience working with thousands of clients and many different skin care ranges, I am able to confidently choose the best products and treatments specific to each individual client’s skin requirements.
I started working for Lady At Bay in 2010 but almost immediately I always felt like a family member here and have always been supported and treated with the greatest respect.

Ian Haris is a medically trained and accredited cosmetic injector with over seventeen years’ experience.
Ian is accredited nationally and internationally as a trainer and assessor in cosmetic injectables. Ian is also a member of the European Society of Cosmetic & Aesthetic Dermatology, Member of the International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology and Affiliate, International Masters Course in Aesthetic Sciences, amongst others.
Ian Haris brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience as a Dermal Therapist & Cosmetic Injector. He has spent the past ten years in South East Asia and Europe as a trainer for a number of cosmetic pharmaceutical companies and cosmetic medical clinics. His role was to educate, train and assess local medical practitioners and nurses in common cosmetic procedures as well as acting as cosmetic medical advisor. Prior to that, Ian was in private practice as a cosmetic injector and scientific advisor to Derma Results (Australia) and Physicians Choice of America.
